about the founder
von reyes (he/him) is an author, organizer, and educator with 12 years on the frontlines of the social justice movement. his journey began in the rural communities of eastern north carolina, and he has since landed in the triangle (raleigh-durham-chapel hill). he received his bachelor of arts in political science from east carolina university, his european minor in international education from the HAN university of applied science - nijmegen, netherlands, and his master of arts in sociology from the university of north carolina wilmington. he brings a relational, pragmatic, and dialectical approach to everything he does.

everything you do, from your fundraising asks to your personnel plan, should be in service of achieving your mission. for that kind of alignment, you must be firmly rooted in your strategic priorities. at the end of this series, you will walk away with a comprehensive 2- to 3-year strategic plan that includes the following:

- 3-5 north stars
- targeted objectives and the strategies to achieve them
- desired outcomes and how to measure them
- a decision-making matrix
